Terms and Conditions
PAYMENTS
- A $500.00 per person, non- refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Due to certain golf course scheduling, we may substitute an equivalent course if your first choice is not available. However, if this is not acceptable your $500.00 deposit will be returned.
- The Balance in full is due 60 days prior to departure.
- Payments can be made by VISA / MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS or check.
- All charges by credit card will appear under our corporate name ~KNIGHTSBRIDGE CORPORATION
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
- In the event that a golf course is closed due to adverse weather, the green fee will be refunded within 4 to 6 weeks.
- We reserve the right to adjust any price due to unexpected currency fluctuations or additional taxes.
- No refunds or credits will be allowed for any unused tour services.
- Cancellations.
- Deposit - Non refundable
- 45- 30 days - 50% of cost
- 30 - 14 days - 75% of cost
- Inside 14 days - 100% of cost
- Airline tickets issued by Britannia Golf/Alkar Travel are non refundable.
INSURANCE
We strongly advise the purchase of cancellation insurance and offer travel coverage through TRAVELEX, which provides protection for accident, baggage and cancellation.
CHANGES
Once an itinerary has been confirmed, any changes requested will be subject to additional charges.
CADDIES
Caddies can be arranged as a courtesy to our clients. All payments will be made directly to the golf club.
CAR RENTAL INFORMATION
Driver must be at least over 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Maximum drivers age is 75. Car rental rates include Collision Damage Waiver, unless specified otherwise. Car rental rates do not include gas, personal accident insurance or road fund recovery charge. Even if the rental is prepaid, the rental agency will typically require a cash or credit card security deposit that will be refunded when the fully-fuelled car is returned. Note that many rental agencies have only manual shift cars.
HOTELS
Due to early morning flight arrivals, please note that occasionally hotels may not be able to check you in until 2pm. All hotel taxes are included.
NOT INCLUDED
Telephone calls, gas (petrol), meals, (unless specified), caddies, drinks, golf carts or any other item not listed on the itinerary.
RESPONSIBILITY
This agency is acting as a mere agent for [SUPPLIERS] in selling travel and golf related services, such as air, ground transportation, hotel accommodations and golf courses. This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, that result in loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any described program. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions, at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel
