A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure hotel reservations, tee times, and transportation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to departure.

Once you’ve booked your flights, please send us the following information:

Important Notes:
For seamless transfers, we strongly recommend that the group travels on the same or closely timed flights.
If you arrive before the rest of the group, you may be asked to wait until everyone has landed before beginning your journey. The same applies on departure day to coordinate group transfers effectively.

Caddies:
Caddies will be requested for all of your rounds.
However, because they are independent contractors, availability cannot be guaranteed.
The cost is approximately $120 including gratuity, and payment is made directly to the caddie on the day of play in cash.
Carts (buggies):
Most courses will be walking only. If you require a cart for medical reasons, please notify us in advance. A medical cart request must be supported by a letter from your physician explaining the necessity.
Some clubs offer motorized carts (buggies), but not all. If available, these can be reserved ahead of time. Payment for motorized carts is made directly to the golf club on the day you play.
Pull carts are available at most courses.

Please note that, due to early morning flight arrivals, hotel rooms may not be available until the early afternoon.
All hotel taxes, service charges and daily breakfast are included in the prices listed.

We’ll be coordinating all ground transportation, including private coaches or group transfers, so you can relax and enjoy every leg of your journey — whether you're heading to the course, a new hotel, or a sightseeing excursion.
A few key points to keep in mind:
If your flight schedule or arrival/ departure airport differs from the rest of the group, separate transfers can be arranged for an additional fee.
For private coach bookings, your driver will coordinate appropriate pickup and return times with your group.
For standard transfers, we’ll provide confirmed pick-up and drop-off times as scheduled with the transportation provider..

Drivers must be between 25 and 70 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license. Our pricing includes a basic collision damage waiver and unlimited mileage, but does not include fuel, personal accident insurance, or the premium damage waiver. Although the rental will be prepaid, the rental agency will typically require a cash or credit card security deposit at pickup.

The package excludes airfare, gasoline for self-drive, meals unless otherwise specified, caddies, beverages, golf carts, and any other items not expressly listed in the itinerary.

Knightsbridge Corporation, dba Britannia Golf as the tour operator and their selling agents, are responsible solely for the making of travel arrangements for travel and tour services, golf and accommodations, upon the express condition and agreement that the above named or any of their selling agents or subagents assume and accept no liability arising from any cause beyond the reasonable control of Britannia Golf, or for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, inconvenience or expense arising from the use of any transportation conveyer, golf course, accommodations or services provided in connection with such individual’s travel plans, and no liability arising from strikes, wars, weather, quarantines, sickness, criminal acts, governments restrictions or arising from any act or omission of any individual, firm or corporation furnishing transportation, sightseeing, golf, accommodations, or for any other cause whatsoever in connection therewith. All prices are quoted in US dollars and Britannia Golf reserve the right to alter prices should exchange rates fluctuate +/ 5% Britannia Golf reserves the right to accept, decline or retain any customer at any time.CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Written notification of cancellation, of an itinerary or participants, in part or in total, must be received at Britannia Golf as soon as possible after initial notification by phone. Cancellation policy and refund applies after any penalties imposed by hotels, golf courses, rental car companies, airlines or other vendors: Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy:90 or more days prior to departure - loss of deposits
30-89 days prior to departure - 75% of the total land package
29 days or less to departure - 100% of the total land package
No refunds for unused or partially used features of a booked itinerary.
ITINERARY CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
Any client requested changes or modifications to any confirmed services of the itinerary (such as travel dates, names, courses or accommodations) are subject to a minimum $50.00 processing fee per change or modification, and availability.Penalties charged by accommodations, golf courses, rental car companies or other suppliers for cancellation, interruption or delay of a vacation can be expensive. Britannia Golf strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect you financially for unforeseen circumstances or medical emergency, and for baggage loss or damage. Supplier refund processing policies apply. Purchase is recommended at time of deposit.
Britannia Golf (Agency) is acting as an agent for Suppliers in selling travel and golf related services, such as air, ground transportation, hotel accommodations and golf courses. This Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such Suppliers, that result in loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any described program. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions, at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel
